Frequently asked questions

What is Color Bloom?

A relaxing color-mixing puzzle. You mix inks in water and bloom flowers in the color you create. There are no wrong answers — the bloom is whatever color you make.

Do I need an account?

No. Color Bloom does not require an account or login. Your progress is saved on your device.

Where is my progress saved? Can I move it to a new device?

Progress is stored locally on your device. There is currently no cloud save or account, so progress does not automatically transfer between devices, and clearing the app's data or uninstalling may remove it.

What are Gems, Diamonds, and Sapphires?

Gems are in-game currency. Diamonds open Skill Check runs and Sapphires open Endless Bloom runs. Some gems are earned for free in the game; others can be purchased. Gems are used inside the App only, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be transferred out of the App.

What is Full Bloom Premium?

Full Bloom Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) that unlocks extra content/features and a recurring in-game gem bonus. It is not an "unlimited plays" pass.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the app store, not inside Color Bloom:

Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Color Bloom → Cancel.
Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Color Bloom → Cancel.

How do I restore my purchases?

Use Restore Purchases in the App's store/shop screen to re-sync Premium and entitlements on a device signed in to the same App Store / Google Play account.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by the app store under their policies:

Does Color Bloom show ads?

No ads interrupt your gameplay.

Is Color Bloom for kids?

Color Bloom is a calm game that both adults and children can enjoy. It is a general-audience app, not a kids-only app, and it does not collect personal information.
